(i will provide lash cleanser for you) refund on lash services are not available, but in the event that something happens a fill to accommodate your desired look will be available if needed! clients who have gone over the two week mark for fills or you have less than 30% of lashes will need to book a 75 minute fill or be subject to the charge of a full set! I have tried to accommodate but now that I’m getting busier I have to place these policies in order to ensure you are getting the best service possible if you have any questions or concerns please reach out to me, i will absolutely make sure you are taken care of xoBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can have unforeseen conflicts that may arise and rescheduling is sometimes necessary. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointments start time. Rescheduling/cancellations past the 48 hour mark of your appointments start time will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost charged to your card on file. Cancellations or no shows occurring day of your scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the service cost charged to your card on file.
